कुणाच्या अध्यात ना मध्यात पण तरीही सर्वांबरोबर सारखेच स्नेह संबंध टिकवण्याची कला ज्यांच्यात असते अशा अजातशत्रू लोकांच्या मालिकेत ज्याला ठेवता येईल असा प्रदीप.
वर्ग बंधू होताच पण माझा त्याच्याबरोबरच संपर्क अधिक असण्याच अजून एक कारण म्हणजे प्रतापनगर मधले त्याचे घर. माझ्या सख्या आत्याचे घर प्रतापनगर ला होते. त्यामुळे तिच्याकडे गेलो की मी हटकून प्रदीप कडे जात असे वेळ घालवायला. त्याच्याकडे एक टेलिफोन चा 🎤 लावलेला ट्रांसिस्टर होता.त्यात बोललं ते ट्रांसिस्टर मधे ऐकु यायचं. त्या काळात त्यातून बोलणं हाच केवढा कौतुकाचा छंद होता.
दिवाळी मध्ये त्याच्याकडे फटाक्यांची एजंसी होती. मी त्याच्याकडूनच स्वस्त दरात फटाके घ्यायचो. शाळा सुटल्यावर संबंध सुटले पण या ग्रूप मुळे पुन्हा सगळांशी भेटी सुरू झाल्या. या आठवड्याचा ⭐ म्हणून मी प्रदिपचे मनापासून अभिनंदन आणि स्वागत करतो

मित्र हो
फार विचार करत राहू नका . माझ्याबद्दल फारशा आठवणी असणे अपेक्षित नाही. मी शाळेत खुप काही कुठे भाग घेत नव्हतो. घरुन फारशी सूट मिळणे नाही . हडस मधे एड्मिशन मिळाली म्हंजे चांगले मार्क अपेक्षित होते मग त्या दडपणात शालेय जीवन गेले. शाळेत सर किंवा बाई यांना शिक्षा करण्याची संधी दिली नाही . ती दिली तर घरी दुप्पट होणार माहित होते. घरीच खुप पोट भरत होते म्हट्ल जास्त नको उगाच. असो व्रात्य उपाधि होतीच.
त्याकाळी आमचे घर शाळेपासून दूर होते, शिवाय धाकट्या बहिणिला ला शाळेतुन येताना आणावयाचे असायचे त्या कारणाने शाळा संपल्या वर थांबणे शक्य नव्हते. त्यामळे कुठल्याही खेळात भाग घेणे ज़मले नाही. घरा समोर संघ शाखा होती. मग तेथेच रमायचे. शिवाय घर काम अपेक्षित होते, (अजूनही आहे , फक्त आई एैवजी बायको) मालकात बदल !
खूप मोठे होणे स्वप्न होते. पदरी पडले ते स्विकारात गेलो. चांगली नोकरी मिळाली. पगार पुरुन उरतो म्हणुन वडिल खूष होते. मला खूप मोठे व्हावयाचे होते. जी नोकरी मिळली ती मोठी कंपनी होती, मालक मर्जीतले, आणखिन काय हवे बापडे. पूढे कंपनी बदलून झाली, जूने मालक निरोप देताना म्हणाले फार भाव खाउ नको, स्वःतहाला आरषात बघ. मग ठरवले पुनः काढत नाही तो पर्यत नोकरी करायची. तब्बल चार प्रमोशन दिली मालकाने, वरून म्हणाले अजून बोल , म्हटले बास झाले हे उपकार कसे फेडू? अन रिटायर झालो बापडा.
अरेहो दोन हाताचे चार झाले, हे आपले सांगणे राहीलेचकी. जी मी नोकरी केली, त्यावेळी फिरतीची होती, अन MR म्हणजे पिणारा व साधारण नोकरी, मुली हो म्हणणार नाही ही खात्री . पण मित्र कामी आला , अन शिकली सवरली (एमए), ती पण हडस मधली म्हणजे हुषारकीहो. अन गोरी पान, मी देवाला म्हटले खुप परीक्षा घेतली राव, पण पावलास बाबा. पुढे दोन पोरी त्याही हुशार. एक DR व दुसरी BE. ते कमी झालेकी काय जावई बीई. मग बास झालेकी. देवा पावलास बाबा !😀😀🥲🥲🥲🥲🙏

Raju may not remember or I hope he doesn’t. But I have one memory, that was our time together in Sangh shakha in ground opposite his house. He was catching me and I was desperately dodging.
At one point he was fast closing in and I took a sharp left that he could not follow.
Then there was a thud, he had smashed cement pipes lying there. It was really bad, probably only time he had to abstain for more than a week. Raju’s knee got deep cut, that till date is only time I saw bone.
I have this guilt far too long, Let me be honest, Raju I was not aware about those cement pipes. It was real spontaneous action. But…
Otherwise he is so simple n ajatshatru. Never had any bad feelings, grudges about anyone ever. All the best Raju. You have Pune connection now, so we shall definitely meet soon.

My schooling started with Montesery pre primary school , thereafter I joined Marathi Corporation school , Gandhi Nagar (1965 To 1969) passed with 92% and was able to scrore 100% in Mathematics. My schoolmates in those days were Anant Jamdar , Sanjay Amin , Sanjay Tidke , Rajeev Rahatekar , Our most loved Sir were Kalambe Guruji (HM) , Supner sir .
i remember in 1969 , I was interviewed in Hadas High School by Mhaskar Sir and got admitted in 5 th B , where I met with Shekhar Desai , Mohan Khedkar along with Anant Jamdar , Sanjay Amin who used to live in Gandhi nagar, Abhyankar nagar , Madhav nagar , on the way to my house in pratap nagar which used to be a remote place in 1969 . Vishwas Vidwans , Mukund Ghate , Milind Soman , were my colony friends and evening player , some times in cycle race in way back from school .
Now to call back days from 9th A , my benchmates were Ajeet Oke. Sharad Padhe and I was associated with few other ppl amongst Shrinivas Parkhi, and Rajendra Kalikar. I have very vague memories of my school activities. To recall a few, Physics, Chemistry were not amongst the subject that penetrated in my head , i was friends with Saoji , Mohan Kundle , Shantanu Kulkarni, Rajeev Parkhi , Ashutosh chitale, Hitendra Pande, Avinash Dani , Sanjay Giridhar, Anil Ingole , Khamgaonkar , Motghare , Girish Salpekar , Dharmendra Kamble , Hatwalane ( Almost everyone but was close to Shekhar Desai , Mohan Khedkar ) . i passed out of school and got admission in G.S.Commerce , in second year few of Hadas students shifted to Hislop with Chinchawadkar , Kolwadkar , i completed B.COM , M.COM , tried for CA appeared twice but could not got through. My other schoolmates were Ravindra Saoji, Shrikant Badkas. By an accident, I saw an advertisement for Sales Representative while searching for job. I attended my first interview and got a job in Inventa Labs , worked for 2 Yrs , thereafter i joined JBCPL and continued for 11 Yrs , got promoted as Area manager , joined PCI , Invinex Lab , Hydrabad , again joined back JBCPL 18 Years i got three promotions as District manager, Regional manager , zonal manager , Divisional Manager for entire Maharashtra ( Ex mumbai ) , I have mastered in product knowledge . I handled cardiac , dental , GP group . Organising meetings n seminar , Stall was my achievements . I got retired officially with all co. Benefits in 2016 Which is very rare in pharma industry. I always ranked top in my profession, I also tried for individual business, it was a good learning experience for me . Post retirement , I have retail business for Amul Ice cream , Amrutdhara edible oil .
About my family : i got married To Madhuri (MA ) , who is homemaker and excellent partner. She helped my TWO SWEET Daughters for professional achievements . Elder one Ketki did BHMS as Dr very successful got married to Saurabh BE , now in Bhavnagar (Gujrat) my younger one, Jui completed BE , Now working for INFOSYS (3 yrs) . We are a very Happy n blessed family .

प्रदीप मधुकर दिवाळे
माझा ११ व्या वर्गातला बाक सोबती ! त्याच्या उजवीकडे मी आणि डावीकडे हितेंद्र ! वर्षभर हा गडी आम्हा दोघांच्या मध्ये शांत पणे बसला आणि कुणाच्या अध्यात ना मध्यात असा अलिप्त राहिला. माझी मावशी त्याकाळी प्रदीपच्या घरासमोरच राहत असल्याने त्यावेळी त्याच्याकडे बरेचदा जाणं होत असे. पण ११वी नंतर तो कॉमर्स ला गेला आणि मी इंजिनिअरिंग ला. त्यानंतर जो संबंध तुटला तो १९८३ मध्ये नागपूरला परत येईपर्यंत.
या काळात प्रदीपने M.Com. पूर्ण करून तो नोकरी करायला लागला होता. तो sales मध्ये, मी पण sales मध्ये त्यामुळे एकदा कुठल्यातरी tour वर जातांना भेट झाली आणि थोडा फार संबंध येऊ लागला आणि मी नागपूरच्या बाहेर पडलो तो २००० मध्येच परत आलो.
प्रदीपने सुरवातीला २ वर्षे Inventa Labs आणि नंतरचे ११ वर्ष JBCPL मध्ये नोकरी केली आणि Area Manager झाला. नंतरची १८ वर्षे PCI Invex labs मध्ये . त्यात divisional manager पर्यंत promotions मिळवत २०१६ मध्ये रिटायर झाला. या सर्व प्रवासात सौ. माधुरी व त्याच्या २ गोड मुली – केतकी आणि जुई यांनी त्याला यथोचित साथ दिली. केतकी ने BHMS केले आहे आणि लग्न होऊन ती आता भावनगर ला असते. जुई ने BE केलें आहे आणि ती आता Infosys मध्ये आहे.
रिटायर झाल्यानंतर प्रदीपने अमुल ice cream ची एजन्सी घेतली आहे जी तो राहत्या घरातून चालवतो. आशुच्या नातींना विचारा – Ice Cream काका त्यांचे खूपच आवडते आहेत.
तर असे हे प्रदीपचे सुखी कुटुंब आहे. त्या सर्वांना आयुष्याच्या पुढील वाटचालीसाठी खूप शुभेच्छा .

Ice cream आजोबा
कोरोना सुरू होण्यापुर्वी साधारण ४/५ महिने मी एकदा नातींना शाळेतुन घरी आणताना प्रदीपकडे घेउन गेलो पहिल्यावेळेस या पठ्ठ्यानं पैसेच घेतले नाही
त्यानंतर शाळेत सोडताना म्हणाल्या आजो आज तु आम्हाला घ्यायला ये. आपण त्या आजोंबाकडे जाउ छोटे पक्षी बघायला ( love birds) Intention was to have ice cream & chocolates. Subsequent demand from them – let us visit every Monday which I had to accede sometimes
So naturally Pradeep is favourite aajoba for them & miss him even now 😍 Corona disturbed their & Pradeep’s schedule as well

Pradeep our star of the week has been keeping low profile on WhatsApp group so it was indeed very nice to see his touching posts. When we were in the 11th, on Self Government day Hitendra became the Principal and Pradeep and I were given a task of conducting the afternoon cultural program. We took turns to announce the performers and what they were going to present. I still remember my announcement were totally pedestrian and boring as batshit. But Pradeep did a terrific job adding masaala to his announcements and made them interesting. It was my first time to get on the stage in life and still to date remember that not once I looked at the audience and ran away from the microphone as fast as I could after making the announcement. Whereas Pradeep would stand there soaking the moment.

⭐ ह्या आठवड्याचा आपला मित्र प्रदीप व त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांचा आणि आमचा संबंध फार जुना आहे. त्याचे वडील व माझे वडील एकाच ऑफिस मध्ये होते तसेच ते चांगले मित्रही होते. दोघांचेही एकमेकांच्या घरी जाणे – येणे होते. प्रदीप सरळ साधा,निर्व्यसनी, सदैव आनंदी तर आहेच पण तो चांगला व्यावसायिक पण आहे. लहानपणापासून त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांनी फटाके, धान्य इ. लहान – मोठे व्यवसाय केले आहेत. सध्यापण तो आईस्क्रीम चा व्यवसाय करतो आहे. गरजूंना मदत करण्यात सुध्दा तो सदैव तत्पर असतो.
अशा ह्या आपल्या मित्रास व त्याच्या कुटुंबीयांना भावी आयुष्य सुखी, आनंदी व निरामय लाभो हीच सदिच्छा…💐💐🙏

कोजागिरी २०२३ at Pradeep Enjoyed songs by बालगंधर्व राजीव+ पंडित मुकुंद – Special Invitee Mrs Somawanshi. I feel we all should express out what you did for your self , for family n society. Most of time your family/friends are unaware of what you( CV) achieved.
My boss use rephrase “if you don’t blow your trumpet , people may use as a routine “. Most likely unless u r leader , social worker hardly your own friend’s , family remain unexposed .
I have witnessed when common person passes away, it finds very difficult to write a small press note for the person. A forcefully as a speaker on occasion can’t speak out few things, just say shanti mantra n run away . We need to contribute good things which people will recall of their own . Not necessarily burst out tears for you .
